Biography
Patricia Fitzgerald has been an attorney at Dapeer, Rosenblit & Litvak, LLP for over 20 years. Her practice areas include prosecution and counseling in criminal code enforcement, including land use, building and safety, public nuisance abatement, and related matters. Ms. Fitzgerald also regularly counsels municipalities on building, zoning, nuisance abatement, public health and safety, and business taxing and regulation issues.
Ms. Fitzgerald has extensive criminal law experience and, in addition to having prosecuted hundreds of misdemeanor code cases, regularly assists municipalities in the preparation of inspection and abatement warrants.
Ms. Fitzgerald earned her law degree from Whittier College School of Law where she graduated cum laude and served as an editor of the Whittier Law Review. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts from De Paul University in Chicago.
