Caroline Karabian Castillo started with the firm in 2005 and has extensive litigation experience assisting municipalities and private client.  She represents both private and public sector clients at the trial and appellate levels. 

Ms. Castillo represents public sector clients in municipal and state code compliance matters such as, public nuisance, violations of municipal, state and federal law including Health and Safety Code, Uniform Control Substances Act, Red Light Abatement Law, public agency law including Public Records Act. Ms. Castillo has had extensive experience and success in the highly specialized areas of Medical Marijuana = and California Automated Traffic Enforcement Systems.

Ms. Castillo received her law degree from Western State College of Law.  For her undergraduate studies, she attended California State University, Northridge, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy.
