Mr. Litvak was admitted to California Bar in 1979. Admitted to practice before all State and federal courts in the state of california, the 9th circuit court of appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Admitted Pro Hac Vice in numerous state and federal courts including Arizona, Illinois, Kansas and Nevada. Extensive trial experience, including numerous jury trials to verdict; Significant appellate experience including appearance before the California Supreme Court.
He has an emphasis on trial and appellate practice of business, real estate and public law disputes and related professional liability litigation.
Mr. Litvak is an expert Witness and Consultant in numerous Legal Malpractice actions arising out of business, real estate and public law matters. Designated as an expert witness by both plaintiffs and Defendants. Testified at depositions and admitted as expert and testified in the los angeles County and ventura County Superior Courts.
